3. Products
We sell handwoven, natural-fiber home goods. Because our products are handmade from natural water hyacinth, slight variations in color, tone, size, and weave between items are normal and are not defects — they are part of the handmade character of each piece. We make every effort to display product colors and dimensions accurately, but screens vary and listed measurements may differ slightly due to the handmade process.
4. Pricing and payment
